#BehindTheScenes

This was the first big project I made in Unity. The game served as a playground for testing various engine features and seeing how different mechanics work together. The idea of the game has emerged without much of a plan or grand vision. The development was really iterative and feedback-driven. And we had been receiving A LOT of feedback, since the game was made around the time when I was pushing our games to be everywhere. The project was supervised by our uni teachers and received periodic guidance from Microsoft's Imagine Cup judges - veterans of Polish game industry. We also participated in the Team Game Development Championship (ZTGK), where we could show the project to a bigger audience. The feedback from professionals was a tremendous help and definitely taught me a lot about the intricacies of game development.

The game in its core is a love letter to tactical stealth games which I've been avidly playing as a young boy. And if you have seen my other games, you can tell that's a recurring pattern in my portfolio.
